Bid modifications are a great way to increase or decrease your bids for a specific source. This allows you to bid higher and win more traffic for sources that convert well, and lower your bids for sources that convert less often without the need to block them entirely.

  • Head over to the Reporting page and click on Traffic Sources tab
  • Choose a campaign from the drop down
  • On the right hand side, you will see the bid modifiers appear
  • You can increase or decrease your campaigns bid for each specific source using this feature
  • We recommend decreasing bids over blocking a source, as the source still has potential to bring a positive ROI if bid modifications are used
